You may have heard about the recent Zimbabwean triumph on Netflix, the global film streaming giant that currently has 209 million subscribers worldwide.

On June 2020, the Zimbabwean-made romantic comedy Cook Off made history as the first-ever Zimbabwean movie on Netflix.

When it comes to film making, what is apparent is that there is a wealth of Zimbabwean talent both on the ground and internationally, but how many of these people are actually visible? How easy is it to find the right personnel when trying to make a film, or even trying to find work as an actor or cameraman, or director, or screenwriter and so on?
